When was Be Mindful Be Happy founded?

The seeds of an idea were planted in late 2018 and then after a year of ideation, contemplation, research and creation BMBH was finally launched in 2020. You can read more about the founder's story here.

I want to learn mindfulness & to be happier! Can you help!?

Absolutely! We are here to support, encourage and remind everyone that they can practice mindfulness and enjoy greater levels of happiness. We have a growing body of resources available to start you on your journey.

Who is Be Mindful Be Happy for?

Be Mindful Be Happy is for everyone; regardless of your background, location, age, hair style etc.! That's why we all of our resources are available free for everyone to use and enjoy. Mindfulness is a free tool we are all born with - we just have to remember how to use it sometimes!

Do you teach classes or hold events?

Founder Claire is a certified mindfulness and yoga teacher hopes to run events in the future - so please watch this space. If you have any ideas for events or would like to collaborate, please get in touch here.

Where do you source your products from?

Our products are sourced from various suppliers in India, China and the UK. To find out more about our sourcing policies, please see our Ethical, Environmental & Social Policies. or check individual product pages for more info.

If an item is out of stock, when will you get it back in?

In our efforts to reduce fast fashion and avoid wastage, we are very careful about not over ordering any items which might then not get sold, which is why items can go out of stock quickly. If there is a particular item you want to see back in stock; pop us an email to amy@bemindful-behappy.com and we will let you know when it is likely to be back in.

I have an idea for a T-Shirt design/piece of content - can I tell/show you?

I dont know which size to order - can you help me?

The clothing is all unisex sizing so if as a general rule women should go down a size and men up a size. On each of the product pages is a detailed size guide so please take a look at this and get your tape measure out to make sure you order the correct size. It's best to avoid returns and re-sends because of the extra packaging and shipping costs involved!

I'd like to buy a large quantity of products for my business/studio etc, can you do a discount?

Since wearing my BMBH T-Shirt/sweat, people keep smiling at me - is this normal?

Yes! This is a normal side effect of wearing such positive and empowering messaging on your clothing...not only do you feel & look brilliant but you're also having a positive effect on other people too! Just make sure you tell people where to get theirs ;-)

How do you use profits for positive change?

For every order placed through the store, our partner One Tree Planted will plant a tree on your behalf in the forests of Indonesia. To find out more about our reforestation partnership, please go here.

I can't find anywhere to put my discount code in?

At the moment, discount codes only work for full price products. There are discounts built in to the website which automatically deduct from your order at checkout - if you decide to add these products to your order then the option to add your own discount code does not work. Our developers are working on sorting out this issue so in the meantime you will need to decide if you want to either use you X% discount code or benefit from the discounts applied automatically (a good time to practice some maths!) If you want to use your discount code you will need to remove the already discounted products from your cart and add re-add them as full price products. Thank you.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders go out Royal Mail 24hr, unless your order is for a meditation cushion, in which case DPD next day is used. To avoid unnecessary costs, your shipping charge is calculated based on an estimated weight of your order. Smaller items are £3.45 Larger items are £4.95 Your shipping is calculated for you at checkout and when your order goes over £75 its completely free!

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide and your shipping costs will be determined by the weight of your order and whether your shipping address is in the UK, Europe or in the rest of the world. We use Royal Mail for the domestic part of the shipping and it will then be transferred to your local postal service. The UK part of the shipment will take up to 2 working days from dispatch, you will need to check with your local postal provider how long it will take to get you but as an estimate please allow an additional 5 working days for Europe and additional 10 working days for the rest of the world.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed before 3pm on a working day (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched on the very same day and handed over to the Royal Mail. For domestic orders (UK) Royal Mail first class aim to deliver in 1-2 working days. This is an estimate only as sometimes there are delays with the post which are out of our control. Please allow 3-4 working days just in case.

I haven't received my order, what can I do?

Please make sure you have read the shipping information above and double checked the delivery address on your order confirmation, and if your order has not turned up as expected please email here to let us know. Unfortunately, we cant be held responsible for any mistakes in your delivery address so please check and double check before you place your order! Thank you :-)

We are committed to using no plastic packaging in our shipping so all packaging is biodegradable or recyclable. If you can see a way we can make our packaging even more planet friendly, we'd love to hear so please get in touch!
